Before transitioning into financial services, Jeff had a successful career as a senior software engineer and tech lead at one of the world's leading cloud computing companies. He holds 13 U.S. patents in AIOps and Cloud Management Platforms, reflecting a deep background in innovation and systems thinking.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Master's degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence from Oregon State University.
